A transformation takes place at night, the streets go from cars to tables, and these little “food stations” are pushed out and set up.
It is an amazing site to see set up. They string lights across the “dinner tables”. and hook them on the “power pole” with what is a jumper cable clip.
Makes you say.. OSHA approval.. no way…. But it is all apart of the experience…..

Dinner is served under the stars.. Our guide for the evening (who did not speak much English at all) picked out our food courses. It was definately an adventure. Some of the dishes looked…. well, see photos below.. but all in all, I had one truly amazing quite tasty meal.
