Steps… A reflection

Proverbs 20:24 (message) The very steps we take come from God; otherwise how would we know where we’re going?

Oh how when we walk in our ways we find ourselves lost… Thank you Lord for being our tour guide…

Psalm 119:133 Establish my steps and direct them by [means of] Your word

I’ve been on trips that are suppose to be “easy” (relative term) and those where we are to have modern accommodations (again, relative term)… As you know, on this trip, I was excited as this was a trip with a suitcase… so one would expect that bringing that suitcase would be a good thing. Welllllll, I will definately rethink that for Ireland the next time I go……

Psalm 37:23
The steps of a [good] man are directed and established by the Lord when He delights in his way [and He busies Himself with his every step].

Truly, my steps are ordered of the Lord, and I’m sure glad. He knows where I’m going and always shows the way…

2 Samuel 22:37
You have enlarged my steps under me, so that my feet have not slipped.

And this trip was definately full of steps, some large, some small and our feet needed to stay secure… as He was directing all the paths.

Psalm 17:5
My steps have held closely to Your paths [to the tracks of the One Who has gone on before];

As we ventured on these steps, I had much reflection on the steps that are planned for the future….
The scriptures below are good meditations…. Enjoy and the the words.. and the photos too.
