13 When Jesus came into the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, saying, “Who do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?” 14 So they said, “Some say John the Baptist, some Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.”

15 He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?”
16 Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
17 Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven.

Our visit to Caesarea Philippi was a brief stop and time for some reflection on what took place. PK shared about how Peter had the Father reveal to his heart… My heart cried out for more revelation of Who He Is!!!

There is a something about this place.. an understanding is stirring in my heart…. I’m starting to know that I’m in Israel..

13 Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to John to be baptized by him……
17 And behold, a voice from heaven said, This is My Son, My Beloved, in Whom I delight!

We came down from the Gailee to the River Jordan… PK had said anyone who wanted to be baptized in the Jordan could..
I felt that is what I was to do.. My hearts desire was to hear: “Behold, This is my Daughter, My Beloved, in whom I delight!”
Open up the heavens and let the revelation come to me… O, God, My Father…

Many signs repeating the same thing.. I think the same people went to all those places…

18 And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.
19 And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed[d] in heaven.”

59 These things He said in the synagogue as He taught in Capernaum.

Capernaum or Kefernhum is where the house of Simon Peter is and a place Jesus stayed and taught.
The temple is where the Spirit of the Lord rested upon Him.

I walked through the excavated temple and sat on stones… wondering to myself… is this where Jesus sat? Or was it here.
Is this the door He walked through? or was it this one… I marveled… I’m where He was… and I am listening for what He wants to teach me as I’m here…
